Key Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Great desire to learn, remain knowledgeable about the fintech industry and digital marketing products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate with customers in a clear manner to influence outcome
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and lead a sales team in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool like HubSpot or similar
  • Proficiency with word and spreadsheet software
  • Currently located in Malaysia or APAC time zone (no working visas will be provided)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound emails and other methods of communication (e.g. call) with new prospects to maximize new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to increase client retention and grow existing client accounts
  • Seek to understand clients’ business challenges, showcase FNN products (demand and lead generation activities and advise on the marketing solutions to address customer needs)
  • Work efficiently and independently, delivering good results against key performance indicators (productivity, deal volume, revenue), driving new business, as well as maintaining excellent business relationship and fostering your account base
  • Develop and optimize team processes within a small team, ensuring they have proper training, resources and support needed to be successful
  • Work directly with strategic clients, personally overseeing key projects and deliverables
  • Accurately record prospect and client information clearly and concisely in all relevant systems
  • Recommend improvements that positively impact sales and efficiency, and work closely with implementation team to identify gaps within existing product offerings and ideate new products
  • Support administrative tasks as assigned

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, customer success or account management
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in media house, account planning, marketing or advertising agencies (communications and/or PR)
  • In-depth knowledge of online and content marketing
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently


Sales Development Representative

Requirments:

  • Proven B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Great desire to learn, remain knowledgeable about the fintech industry and digital marketing products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate with customers in a clear manner to influence outcome
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across organizational teams
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool like HubSpot or similar
  • Proficiency with word and spreadsheet software

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound emails and other methods of communication (e.g. call) with new prospects and existing customers to maximize new sales opportunities and renewals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales is highly desirable

  • Ability to create, maintain and drive processes

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound lead responses via email or call
  • Day to day sales administration
  • Research on potential sales leads (Events and Companies)
  • Support on sales outreach
  • Prompt follow up with prospects and maintain excellent business relationship with through constant communication
  • Coordinate client meetings and calls
  • Gather client needs and direct feedback to sales team to assist in creating proposals and offers to effectively convert prospects to clients

Sales & Operations Associate (Full-Time)

Key Requirements:

  • Solid experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM software)
  • Open to get to know different tools such as Google Suite and CRM software to support your daily work

Job Scope:

SALES SUPPORT

  • Join our sales team and work closely with the implementation team to improve internal efficiency and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support sales activities, including inbound and outbound lead responses and follow ups on sales engagements via email
  • Coordinate meetings and calls
  • Prepare and send out offers to potential clients
  • Assist in the implementation and reporting of ongoing digital marketing projects
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards prior to project go live

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Take charge of various administration tasks
  • Monitoring of FNN portal performance and quality assurance
  • CRM management (implementation of leads, tracking of deliverables etc.)
  • Optimization of sales and operational processes


Graphic Designer (Full Time)

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in advertising agency with proven graphic designing experience
  • Proficiency in using design software and technologies (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Slides
  • Understanding browser capabilities
  • Adaptability, flexibility
  • Having keen eyes for aesthetics and details

Experienced Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Gathering, implementing and monitoring our Media Assets (Banners, Content Booking, Content Campaigns) in 5 different countries/markets/time zones
  • Following up on material and keeping the overview of several campaigns simultaneously
  • Communicating with clients
  • Create reportings after the campaigns of the clients
  • Supporting the Sales team with sending out metrics and do follow-ups

  • Write short articles such as listicles or infographic intros for Fintechnews
  • Generate insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions and identify areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
